The Patient Care Consultant conducts consultations with prospective patients who have expressed an interest in cosmetic surgery procedures. The Patient Care Consultant will be responsible for promoting company services through client consultation, education and outreach and for meeting monthly revenue goals through inside and outbound sales/marketing activities. The consultant works closely with our plastic surgeons by performing preliminary consultations to educate patients on cosmetic surgery procedures. The chosen candidate will not only thrive in a fast-paced, motivated environment but will also demonstrate an unwavering dedication to patient satisfaction. Must possess strong listening skills, excellent follow-up technique, a proven track record in consumer sales and stable, verifiable employment history. Candidate must also have the ability to articulate technical and medical information clearly to non-medical clientele.

General responsibilities include:

• Conducts effective and informative client consultations in order to determine goals, educate patients, and set realistic expectations regarding possible results.
• Ensure consistent delivery of an excellent patient experience
• Implements strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and expand customer base
• Interacts regularly with patients to ensure service/product satisfaction; responds quickly and appropriately to any concerns
• Performs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly

Requirements

• 3-5 years sales experience with a documented successful consultative consumer sales record (1-2 years minimum within a plastic surgery/medical aesthetics environment) (Note: This does NOT include make-up counter/cosmetic sales.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivated, self-starter
• Experience conducting one-on-one consultations/presentations
• Outstanding fundamental sales skills
• Dynamic, team-oriented personality
• Professional and impeccable appearance; warm demeanor

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
